Intro to the Inner Vayus

The Vayus are akin to the Prana of the body, however are divided into specific regions with different direction of flow and movement, providing different functions in our bodies. The Inner Vayus include Prana, Apana, Samana, Udana, and Vyana. Vayu, translates from Sanskrit to Wind.

Lesley invites you on an introductory journey through the 5 Inner Vayus, moving from the root to crown of the head.

The Inner Vayus provide a reliable tool to connect to your central axis, grounding and aligning the body while also concentrating life prana within yourself.

This series is suitable for anyone new to the Inner Vayus, or interested in revisiting the basics.

This Yoga class is designed to aid you unwind in the later part of your week, freeing your body of the habits and restrictions that are placed on it through everyday demands. With a focus on attention, articulation, and moving gently, Lesley guides you into a state of deep restoration and relaxation.

The 7 Vital Principles

This is a summer series designed to guide students into a strong and meaningful yoga practice. Based on the 7 Vital Principles of Vijnana Yoga, each week will focus on a specific principle, integrating it through a variety of poses. This class is great for beginner and intermediate yogis alike, as the principles can be taken into any variations of postures.

Class will be held online at 10-11.15am EDT (Toronto) time.

*Modifications will be offered for those who need.
