This is a summer series designed to guide students into a strong and meaningful yoga practice. Based on the 7 Vital Principles of Vijnana Yoga, each week will focus on a specific principle, integrating it through a variety of poses. This class is great for beginner and intermediate yogis alike, as the principles can be taken into any variations of postures.
Class will be held online at 10-11.15am EDT (Toronto) time.
